- With Song Preview + 3 Revisions: we email you the song in 3–5 business days. Each change takes 1–2 business days. We make your gift after you say yes.
- Making time: 3–5 business days after your song is ready.
- Shipping: 5–10 business days in the US. 7–14 to Canada, the UK and Australia. 10–21 everywhere else.
If something's wrong
If your gift arrives damaged, the player doesn't work, or we sent the wrong item, send us a photo or short video within 30 days. We replace it or refund you.
