Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from the Ezulia online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The product
We sell the Ezulia Sticky Ear Cleaner: reusable sticks with a soft silicone tip for tidying the outer ear. Each box contains 24 sticks and a storage case. Please read and follow the directions before use:
- For external, outer-ear use only.
- Do not insert past the visible part of the ear canal.
- Do not use if you have ear pain, discharge from the ear, a perforated eardrum or ear tubes, or after ear surgery. See a doctor instead.
- Children should use it only under adult supervision.
- It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, including impacted earwax, infection or hearing loss.
Rinse each stick under warm water and let it air-dry after use. Each stick is designed for about 30 uses. Do not share sticks between people.
Prices and offers
Prices are in US dollars. A single box is $29.95. With the Buy 2 Get 5 offer you get 5 boxes for the price of 2, applied automatically in your cart, with free shipping on the 5-box pack. Taxes and duties are not included unless shown at checkout.
We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes never affect an order you have already placed.
Orders
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full.
You can cancel or change your own order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@ezulia.com.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment services and the other methods shown there. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Refunds
The 60-Day Clear Ears Promise and our damaged or wrong item terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered, as described. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm caused by using the product in a way that goes against the directions above. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
