Shipping policy
What it costs
- United States: flat $4.99 standard shipping.
- Buy 2 Get 5: free shipping on the 5-box pack.
- International: rates depend on the destination and are shown at checkout, before you pay.
How long it takes
We pack orders within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes:

Business days don't include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours before the carrier's first scan shows up. That's normal.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are paid by the recipient.
Address changes
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, email support@ezulia.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once an order has shipped, we can't reroute it.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reship your order free.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or it says delivered and nothing arrived, email us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and get back to you.
