Using it

How do I use it?

Hold the stick by the handle. Gently touch the soft tip to the folds of your outer ear and the opening of the ear canal. Press lightly, then lift away. Wax sticks to the tip. Rinse the tip before you move to the other ear.

How deep should it go?

Not deep at all. Only use it on the outer ear. Never insert it past the part of the ear canal you can see. If you can't see where the tip is, it's too far. It works by touch, not by pushing.

How often should I use it?

About twice a week is plenty for most people. Your ears clean themselves, and a little wax is healthy. You're just tidying up what has already moved to the outside.

How many times can I use one stick?

You can use each stick again and again. When the tip stops picking up wax well, even after a rinse, switch to a fresh one. You have 24 in the box.

How do I clean it?

Rinse the tip under warm water, then let it air-dry. Store it in the box. Give each person in your home their own stick — don't share.

Safety

Is it safe?

It's designed to be gentle. The tip is soft, smooth silicone, and it's made for the outer ear only. Use it as directed: light pressure, never past the visible part of the ear canal.

It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, including impacted earwax, infection or hearing loss.

Will it clear a blocked ear?

No. If your ear feels blocked or full, or your hearing has changed, please see a doctor. Don't try to dig the wax out yourself.

Who should not use it?

Please don't use it, and see a doctor instead, if you have:

• Ear pain
• Discharge from the ear
• A perforated eardrum
• Ear tubes
• Had recent ear surgery

Can children use it?

Only with adult supervision, and on the outer ear only. An adult should stay with the child the whole time and keep the tip away from the ear canal beyond what you can see.

Delivery takes 5–10 business days in the US, 7–14 to Canada, the UK and Australia, and 10–21 everywhere else. We email your tracking link as soon as it ships. See the Shipping Policy for details.

What if it's not for me?

You're covered by the 60-Day Clear Ears Promise. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund the product price. For hygiene reasons, you don't need to send used sticks back. The original shipping fee isn't refunded if you simply changed your mind. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number and we'll take care of it.
